A great part of being a competitive swimmer at a club is the ability to engage in competition meets and improve your swimming skills. There’s something for everyone when it comes to competing.
There are 4 levels of swimming competitions, called meets. Each level caters for swimmers at a particular stage of their development and swimming journey.
Each month, the Head Coach and the Club committee will review all upcoming meets. A ‘club meet’ will be selected to attend that best suits all members.

Covid-19 Rules & Restrictions
As a result of COVID-19, Strict rules and guidelines must be followed in order for sporting events to resume. The relevant industry plan for swimming is the Swimming Pool and Aquatic Centre Industry COVID Safe Plan – link here.
Therefore, to ensure compliance with the above-mentioned industry plan, many of the meets are not allowing spectators to attend. This is due to the physical distancing requirements and the limited area within pool facilities. As a result, only representatives from the Club (Coach and/or committee members with approved Blue Card and COVID19 Training) will supervise the children at these meets.
